Bistro wine, baby. Good as it gets. From the southern reaches of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where small acreages are known for 'Vin de Table’ gold. Natural ferments in cement and stainless steel, a blend of Grenache and Syrah, with a dash of Carignan and the obscure Caladoc. Sappy, jubey, earthy, and some tannin. Insanely priced.
