Something special in a Sauternes. Sweet, certainly. But balanced, lightweight and refreshing, a counterargument to its more syrupy alternatives. Daniel Alibrand credits the selection process of his grapes for this wine's exceptional quality: row by row, bunch by bunch, berry by berry if he must.
