Why we love this Wine
A silky little (big) thing and just incredible to savour. Savagnin grown on blue marl and left in barrel in an attic for extended time (like 70 months here) under flor. Sexy golden wine, ridiculously complex while clean and elegant too. Salt and brine, nuts and caramel. Acid and length that keeps on keeping on.
