Why we love this Wine
Jura Pinot Noir from the Sur la Côte parcel. Some de-stemmed by hand, some whole bunch, carbonic maceration then into tank for 9 months. Bright and pretty and a little rustic, with cranberry, red apple, white raspberry and florals. Organically farmed and a charming little drop.
