Why we love this Wine
Crisp, clean, crunchy. Domaine de Chatillon's Jacquere reads as a love letter to abundant alpine landscapes. Nature's abundance has been squeezed into every glass, bursting with wildflower aromas and apple blossom. Citrus and steely minerals cut through on the palate, and there's a pleasing, light acid that's reminiscent of some Muscadet styles. Knock back a glass in the bath to some classical piano and we imagine it'd quash most problems.
