Why we love this Wine
There can be nothing finer than sitting down to a big plate of freshly-shucked oysters while downing tankards of Muscadet. When it comes to the Melon de Bourgogne grape, Belle-vue are the business. Jerome Bretaudeau made wine for other folks, most notably Loire Valley legend Jo Landron before hitting out with his own wine in 2005. The results have been spectacular - here, all crisp apple goodness with a softly spiced mid-palate, scintillating briney acid line and pitch-perfect tension.
