A talented pair delivering the divines, Isabelle and Philippe Collotte have Pinot dialled IN. Hand sorted from old vines within the championed Marsannay. Cold maceration and meticulous extraction has primed this Bourgogne to be generously juicy, quiet on the tannins and echo-ing more please. There's vibrancy and depth, balance and finesse. Quality stuff.
