Established in 1981, the Domaine Collotte family manage 17ha of vines in Burgundy. Isabelle and Philippe Collotte now carry the torch as a father daughter duo and continue to make wines of consistency and precision. This is Chardonnay with a delicate squeeze. All steel, no oak. The vineyard has the mic. Fresh apples, bright citrus and a salty stream running through to keep one salivating before the next sip. Yes.
