Why we love this Wine
One of our favourite Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs that always prompts a double-take from those who’ve not tried it before. Hand-picked, whole-bunch preswed and fermented & aged in seasoned French barriques, it is a cracker. Flinty, complex, layered with ripe citrus/lime fruits, struck match, crackling minerality and a wine that has more in common with white Bordeaux and Burgundy than its pungent regional brethren and sistren.
