Why we love this Wine
Sought-after and revered drinking from metal/mineral soils on mountain slopes between 500m and 1000m. Biodynamically farmed by hand and horse. 210 specific parcels go into this wine, including traces of white grapes including Palomino, Godello and Valenciana. Plums and dark purply fruits, gentle earthiness intermingled with herbs. Just wow. Nothing else like this.
