A curious blend of 90% Vermentino and 10% Nero d’Avola – both organic. Picked and fermented separately with blending just before bottling and while the Nero was still fermenting, creating the Pétillant Naturel sparkling style we yearn for. With a plethora of Pét-Nats on the market, this is one with a little edge, made with thought and trying to show something new. Plus, who doesn’t love a pink drink?
