Why we love this Wine
Wine should be transportive, a little holiday in a bottle. And this is, for all that it's a haphazard mix of red and white grapes. The red ones have been direct pressed, the white ones had some skin-soaked time, giving the juice a little texture. Plenty of bright acid retained, and the whole blend sings as each component bringing it's own pep- vibrant stone fruits, citrus of many kinds, jubey berries. Overall, it's dry and crisp, drink it by the water.
