Why we love this Wine
Big fruit flavours from young vines. Louis Clément David Beaupère, (just call him Clément) farms seven hectares in Juliénas over unique pink granite and metamorphic blue soils. Clement believes a cold ferment makes Gamay much easier drinking, so here we are - and we’re not arguing. After nine months in old oak, we’ve got generous red fruit, grippy length and a spice that manifests in both flavour and texture running the length.
