Cool climate chardonnay, done properly. Curly Flat sit high in the Macedon Ranges, where a slow spring and a late, dry vintage gave the 2024 real precision — balanced acidity, tight structure, nothing rushed. All French oak, judicious malolactic for creaminess, a touch of lees for grip. White flowers, lemon sorbet, green apple, cedar and spice, with citrus pith and white peach layered through a crystalline, mineral line. Polished but never soft. Patient winemaking rewards patient drinking.
