Why we love this Wine
Chris Coulter smacked this out of the park: a spicy, cherry-forward Sangiovese from the Adelaide Hills. Starting fruity, finishing savoury. Nebbiolo-esque tannin peeks out, prickly and prim. Drinking perfectly right now/over the next few years, with perfect bitterness and acid balancing all that fruit. Italian influenced but entirely local.
