Why we love this Wine
COS has us again with their authentic and individualistic wines. Named for the ancient earthenware 'Pithos' used to store and make wine in Greco-Roman times. These biodynamically grown grapes are given the ancient treatment, while feeling very hip and now. This is supple and rounded, grippy and spicy, herbal and fresh. An orange wine to get you thinking, hooked, and coming back.
