COS has us again with their authentic and individualistic wines. Named for the ancient earthenware 'Pithos' used to store and make wine in Greco-Roman times. These biodynamically grown grapes are given the ancient treatment, while feeling very hip and now. This is supple and rounded, grippy and spicy, herbal and fresh.
