Why we love this Wine
Western Australian Chenin Blanc is a pretty awesome thing, especially when it is in the hands of Rob & Genevieve Mann from Corymbia Wines. A study of precision and focus with crisp appley-centric fruit at its core with splashes of fresh lime juice, soft spice notes and a pulsing, saline mineral beat. Just a tweak of phenolics in the mix too and the finish is a picture of fruit purity and drive.
