Why we love this Wine
Plump, generous. Apples and preserved lemons. Friendly enough on the palate, full and textured, with pleasing soft acid. Dry but bold, with a green-edged, flinty quality. Cucumber even, ever so quenching. Comte Senard use a native or wild ferment. This spent 8 months in stainless before finishing a little further ageing in bottle. Tangy and frankly, tremendous.
