Why we love this Wine
This Viognier from Coldstream is a naturally fermented beauty with its natural dissolved CO2 floating around on the tip of your tongue. Not sparkling, but oh so fresh it gives you tingles. A little Marsanne lifts the depth and texture. Zero adds all the way. Real and fun stuff from chef and winemaker Ben Haines who obviously knows flavour.
