Why we love this Wine
It’s no secret that we are massive fans of Riesling for its crisp, limey, thirst-slaking-put-a-smile-on-your-faceness. Clonakilla wine maestro, Tim Kirk does an absolute ripper. The Riesling from the Canberra district has a laser-like precision; wound like a spring, linear and sleek in shape with characters of tight, floral-cut lime and grapefruit with memories of crushed stone and a velocity, tension and cadence that is pitch perfect. Intense and beautifully poised imbibing.
