Why we love this interesting drink
One man’s tree is another man’s treasure. Picking super low yielding fruit from 150-200 neighbours’ trees is what makes Jacques Perritaz’ cider so special. Theu’re old trees of the ancient Swiss variety Fer, and intensely flavourful. Using only indigenous yeast, this is a cider of depth, merging concentrated apple goodness with iron, a dash of salt and a dry finish. Very fancy cider
