Why we love this Wine

This little greyhound has a fine delicate nose, racing across the palate with clean white buds, lemon rind and a flinty kick. The kind of liquid gold you want in your glass for your sunset cruise, whether that’s yacht or dinghy. With fruit pulled from 40-70 year old vines and pressed whole bunch, this is Petit Chablis done full but elegant.
