We dig the wines from Sébastien Christophe at Christophe et Fils. Elegant and refined, showing classic Chablis charm and pitch-perfect form and an awe-inspiring dose of inherent drinkability. Flinty, mineral-packed, crisp, stone-fruity and citrusy with a lovely cadence …. We love it.
