Why we love this Wine
This has a wedding-worthy bouquet; white flowers (naturally), with yellow plums, pears and apples, and something mineral. If the nose is a complex cloud of competing scents, the palate is laser focused. Concentrated and slightly saline, but opening up into something grand. 40% barrel aged. Bold, balanced and well worth a little cellaring.
