Why we love this Wine
One should always have a chilled bottle of Chablis close at hand during an Australian summer and the wines from Christian Moreau are a no-brainer, having established themselves as one of the leading lights of Chablis over the years. Poised stone-fruit along the lines of peach and nectarine are on display here, lying on a base of lemony citrus. Punchy and bright yet mouth-filling with that characteristic Chablis tension and drive, all limestone and purely focussed.
