Why we love this Wine
Ancient winemaking tradition, unique terroir. Chateau Musar are highly revered for their balanced, innovative wines in Lebanon, and deservedly so. Certified organic for 20 years now, but with a history that stretched back further, to 1930, when Gaston Hochar first planted vines in the Bekaa Valley upon his return from Bordeaux. This is dry, pale, minimal intervention rosé, crafted using a modern saignée method. With 85% Cinsault and 15% Mourvèdre, the resulting pink drink is smooth, balanced and endlessly drinkable. Fresh but nuanced, highly aromatic. Super friendly with food.
