Why we love this Wine

Premier Cru Chablis from a little estate in the northern Fourchaume vineyard. Francois Boudin’s old vines, largely southwest facing sunny site and well-drained soils do most of the work. Low yields and picking ripe mean layers of textural lemon curd, zest, flint and white peach without a sniff of oak. A masterclass in clarity and precision.
