Why we love this Wine
Can’t get enough of this textural baby, which works so well with Vermentino. Orange wine from the northern part of the Swan District in WA, it spent a wild ferment on skins for 45 days. On top of that, a little oxidative handling added a sherry-like edge. Salt and lemons and richness, what’s not to love?
