Oh our Burgundy-loving hearts skipped several beats unpacking these slick suckers. Caroline Morey lives up to her lofty reputation as a winemaker of extraordinary finesse, balancing the energy of crunchy red fruits against fine tannins, light grip, and a quieting silkiness. The grapes come from three parcels just below the village of Chassagne-Montrachet: Les Chênes, Les Pierres, and Les Chambres. Crafted using 35% whole bunches and bottled a little earlier to preserve freshness, this is a truly memorable wine now and for years to come.
