Tu Tu good. From Lapio, Campania, this floaty Fiano is a savoury delight. Crafted from 30-year-old organically-farmed vines in Montemarano, this orange wine spent four days on skins before maturing in local cherry wood botti (barrels), lending it a delicate complexity. Expect herbaceous, notes, subtle textures and something woodsy and sexy in the mix. Traditional, organic, the kind of wine you'd take home to meet Nonna.
