Summer Nebbiolo, anyone? Grown on a cool, lofty site and undergoing elevage in stainless steel, Cà da l'Era have encouraged this one to explode from oaky confines with a riot of cherry and red plum. The fine tannin is there, as is the minerality and spice you seek - but with a certain lightness. Frightfully fun high class booze.
