There's a seldom seen sub-type of Nebbiolo, 'Rosé', rarely vinified in standalone form. Enter, Bruno Rocca, offering something a little different from the rolling hills of Langhe, Piedmont. The nose is immediately charming, bright with red berries and rose petals. The colour, to die for. The palate, uber fresh, with just enough complexity to remind you that this is Nebbiolo's hot cousin we're meeting here. Whole-bunches get pressed to stainless, and the wine is matured in stainless also. She's clean, clean, clean, with alluring hints of citrus.
