Why we love this Wine
A little passion project from wine writer Mike Bennie and Tasmanian winemakers Joe Holyman and Peter Dredge, it’s not your regular Rizza. A bit Jura inspired perhaps, it was set aside and left on skins to find its own path. Some nutty complexity alongside vibrant acid that really pops. Lime and toasted cashew, saltiness and sherry tones. A pleasure as always.
