Why we love this Wine
A medium-bodied emerging variety for McLaren Vale that packed a punch with the 2019 vintage – a warmer year with lower yields, resulting in concentrated flavours and balanced wines. Even lower considering this was hand selected fruit, vinified in a 2 tonne fermenter for two weeks. Expect blood orange, ginger, nutmeg and white pepper.
