Why we love this Wine
Brash by name, not nature, this is just the third iteration of Brash’s 2008 Bloom Chardonnay, an ode to Jura and Burgundy’s oxidative “sous voile” style. Blewitt Springs fruit precedes six and a half years in four white Burgundy barrels, topping up with fresh wine along the way. It is blooming rich in honey, toffee apple, mouth-coating lemon and hazelnuts. Only 75 cases made, get your mitts in quick.
