Why we love this Wine
As the Girls would say, Spice up your life. There's a strong Piedmont identity in this blend from the Saluzzo Hills. Barbera meets Chatus, co-fermented in fibreglass and stainless steel. Plush blackcurrant and cherry on the nose, but with a little more minerality and funky freshness in the mouth than you might expect. Posh and sporty, not scary.
