Golden Aligoté (AKA Aligoté Doré) grows above 400m altitude in the old fields of Hautes Cotes; vines that may be less productive, but make up for it with their maturity and the exceptional quality of their fruit. Harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, and long aged on lees, we love the mineral vibrancy of this wine. Think citrus, stone fruit and an easy-drinking sunny-days vibe.
