Why we love this interesting drink
In the same way one might claim a signature scent, we'd argue a signature Vermouth is a great addition to your bar cart. There's something special about opening or closing an evening with something concentrated, distinctive and botanical, and this Rosso-tinted exemplar from Torino, Italia demonstrates the point to perfection. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cola make this close to a liquid dessert, but there's herbal complexity in spades to balance (ie. fennel, sage, marjoram).
