Why we love this Wine

Rías Baixas, the coastal paradise in Spain known for its distinctive terroir, and synonymous with Albariño (no seriously, 90% of the vines in the region are Albariño). And for good reason-- the mineral rich soils and cool-climate yield elegant, chiselled, textural wines like this one. Think pulpy, fleshy orchard fruit with a saline spritz and citrus pith. Jolt to the senses acidity, yum juice.
