Why we love this Wine
Bink is made by Koen, a smiling Belgian who calls South Australia home. Here, a Chablis-style Chardy made with Southern Barossan fruit, whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented. Citrus and a dasha pear on the nose lead into a tight acid line riding alongside punchy minerality. A true beach wine, dreamy with creamy oysters.
