Why we love this Wine
1000 Island is a small bar in Adelaide, specialising in party shirts, late night shenanigans and passionfruit cocktails they set alight. Another specialty to add to their repertoire is this wine, made in their honour, especially for them, by Belgian import, Bink. The label looks a little like a packet of Life Savers, which can also describe what’s in the glass, if you were to throw the whole packet in your mouth at once. A swirling mix of bright acid and juicy berries. A real party. Wear a loud shirt.
