Why we love this Wine
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bubbles as nature intended. A rising star of the NV bubbles world, this is beautifully done, 17 months on lees. A blushing salmon colour with fine beads, strawberries and cream on top, hints of green apple and citrus in the core. With a creamy mouthfeel, it feels very proper. A class act.
