Cab Franc, the grape you are. Always bringing the finesse and a big, bold nose (hot). Dusty florals, tobacco and soft green herbs up first. A healthy crack of pepper as blue and black fruits open up. Ripe, concentrated and a little vegetal. Feels fresh.
