Why we love this Wine
Georgia might be famous for its deeply amber, grippy orange wines, but this is a much lighter-footed take. Tsitska spends a month on skins in qvevri, picking up texture and character without becoming heavy or tannic. Green apple and grapefruit, chamomile, a little cinnamon spice and that earthy clay-pot character underneath it all. Fresh, savoury and gently grippy, with a mineral, almost salty finish. Orange wine, turned down a few notches.
