Why we love this Wine
This is a Prosecco that plays by the rules. Prosecco grown in the Prosecco, made using the traditional Charmat method, this abides by the DOC regulations. Made in a drier style than most at 10g/L residual sugar (many Australian Proseccos are much higher) it has fresh floral, peach, stonefruit and melon notes with a creamy mouthfeel. Splash it round, with or without Aperol.
