Why we love this Wine
We had two sips of this and started looking at Airbnb's on the Mornington Peninsula immediately (no lie). All the hallmarks of light skin contact done well, this has surprising depth; spicy blood oranges, floral aromas of bergamot tea. Savoury and textural, with dry tannins and a lingering finish. We wouldn't cellar it long (couldn't might be a more accurate word), but it'd reward a year or two's age if you were so inclined.
