From Melbourne-based sommelier duo Matt Broke and Liam O’Brien, this pinot balances the warmth of this vintage with Macedon’s cool beauty. Red fruits and perfume, with a hint of meatiness, and a palate that’s light yet powerful. A wild ferment aged for 10 months on lees in old oak, unfined and unfiltered.
