Why we love this Wine
Light on its feet, this is unadorned chardonnay, bright and refreshing, with clarity of flavour. Wild fermented and aged on lees in old hogsheads, it’s a creamy stonefruit affair for something so untouched. Bottled unfiltered and lightly fined, from Melbourne-based sommelier duo Matt Broke and Liam O’Brien. Fresh but classic.
