Why we love this Wine
From the Spanish varietal Hondarrabi Zuri, this is fresh and alive. Insired by his father’s winemaking, Xabier Abando planted his own estate, then handed his hard work down to his son, Jon Zubeldia. Hand harvested, cold and slow, for bright acidic juice. Straw yellow with green tones, intense aromas of pear and apple, grapefruit and peach.
