Ashton Hills wines enjoy a somewhat cultish status, which is well-deserved. The pinots are living proof that it’s only really the highest, coolest and wettest part of the Adelaide Hills that produces great pinot noir table wine. This is a quintessential Piccadilly Pinot, with lifted red cherry, plum and fig notes that are matched with florals and baking spices as well as hints of savoury, earthy notes. Smooth, plush and packed with smashability.
